owners linage can be traced back to its purchase from Cedar Motors
of Lebanon, TN. (Note the key fob). This beauty comes with its
number matching 289 CID 4V engine wedded to its original smooth
shifting 4-Speed manual Toploader transmission twisting a reliable
3:50 rear . Other than the regularly disposed of tune-up parts, not
a single mechanical part or piece has ever left this motor. (Note
the factory installed aluminum engine tags.) Some 25 years ago the
car underwent a complete repaint in its original factory color of
Caspian Blue after its first owner of 45 years had a scrape with a
parking lot lamp pole. However, no sheet metal damage occurred;
Merely a scuff. Other than this, the car remains as original as one
could hope. The car has had a mere 88K miles pass beneath it yet
the chrome and other material of this survivor has aged remarkably.
