Vehicle Description
Mercedes Benz 540K body and chassis in the original 6 cylinder version, with 3.4 liter engine and overdrive transmission. This was the lower horse power option of the same basic model with the model designation 320A. This 320A was hand-built in the same famous Daimler Benz Mannheim factory along side of the famous 540K. Other then the engine size and hood, the 320A shares all other major components. This example was found in a building in Europe where it sat for decades untouched, until CPR Germany found and purchased it from the long-time owner. An exhausting ground-up restoration was then performed by master Mercedes Benz factory trained technicians. Every nut and bolt was addressed to the finest detail, the same way our 540K restorations are performed. This car can be purchased for a fraction of what you would pay for the 8 cylinder model and is appointed with fitted luggage.
