Vehicle Description
This is a 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Hardtop, and a GTA clone. Car technically has 141k on it, but was completely restored 20 years and 20k miles ago. I am the 3rd owner, car has been adult owned non-smoker. Car hasn't seen rain in over 25 years always garaged and very well maintained, oil changed every season. Very solid, no rot/rust to be found. GM ZZ3 350 engine, 700R4 GM trans, 3.27:1 GM rear, drivetrain has about 20k miles on it. Paint is original color, was professionally repainted with Dupont super black, new OEM black snowflake wheels. Recaro seats and bolt-in roll cage (I have the original rear seats). Yes, the car phone works. Always well kept up over the years, brand new tires (Oct 2013), carb rebuilt, brakes are new, new struts & shocks, new ball joints & steering components, etc-etc, car needs nothing. Too much other info to list and I also have a ton of documentation on the car. Just no time to use it, I'd hate to see it go to waste in my garage. Kids want something they can go to car shows in too.
