This Super Trofeo Factory Race Car is powered by a 5.2L 570hp V10 through an All Wheel Drive System. Lamborghini Houston of the indiGO Auto Group is proud to announce our participation in Lamborghinis 2014 Super Trofeo IMSA North American race series. This is the premiere single make race series featuring the Lamborghini Gallardo LP570 Super Trofeo race car, the only 4-Wheel-Drive GT racer in the world. Operating the race team is Rick Ware Racing, a long standing team having run everything from NASCAR to GT in Rolex and the Daytona 24 hour race. The 2014 season inaugural race is at the famed Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, FL. The Lamborghini Houston Super Trofeo Factory Race Car competed in the Super Trofeo Amateur Class where it raced at a total of 8 different events. The first victory for the No. 9 Lamborghini Houston Gallardo was at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca where it took home first place in the Amateur Class and fifth overall. Afterwards the number No. 9 car placed third at Walkins Glen International during Round 10 of the Super Trofeo Race Series.
