professionally custom built by Pete Sanchez of Custom Cars
Unlimited. No expense was spared in the construction of this
beautiful 1955 Oldsmobile two door hardtop Super Eighty-Eight. It
was a complete body off- build that used all high end components.
The body has been meticulously restored to better than new and the
chassis was stripped and powder coated, it has a complete coil over
suspension with a Heidts front end including rack and pinion
steering, Wilwood disc brakes all around, 18 inch billet aluminum
wheels with Michelin run flat tires. Power comes from a Ram Jet
502/502 horsepower crate engine, a Bowler Performance 4L80E
overdrive automatic transmission and a nine inch rear end with
3.73:1 gear. The creature features of this amazing car are
outstanding. The power seats are covered in rich two tone black and
red leather it has all of the conveniences of a modern car; air
conditioning, power windows, tilt steering column, power windows,
rear window defogger, electric wipers, Dakota digital gauges, a
Kenwood stereo with 7 disc CD changer with amplifier and more. This
is a show car that was built to be driven, it has been driven 6,000
miles since being completed.
