Description

Enjoy this 1967 Shelby Cobra replica by Shell Valley Classic Wheels that was built in 2010. The car has been meticulously put together and a 427 Windsor small block was installed. Needless to say this Cobra is pumping out 550 ponies. So if getting there in style gets you points, well... here’s the extra credit you get for getting there first.
With extended foot boxes and reinforced Kevlar junctions for increased strength, safety, and sturdiness definitely plays a roll in this reproduction. The owner has chosen a nice
Tremec TKO 600 5 speed transmission with a Mcleod clutch and Quickbell housing, making this beast a blast to drive. The rear end contains a Posi Rear End with 3.73 gears and a 31 Spline axle shafts for increased strength. The interior is inviting as Leather seats with five point driver and passenger safety harnesses are included. Autometer gauges with reverse speedo were chosen for the gauge cluster and a wise choice that was. For the 21st Century amenities a secret audio system was installed to keep original look of the Cobra. JL audio 10 inch sub and speakers were placed perfectly to enjoy as you zoom thru town.
A Heater box was installed making evening chilled drives a pleasure to be on the road. Now for the good stuff, Jet hot coated headers and side pipes where installed for durability and cooling, and boy do they rumble! An aluminum dress package for the engine compartment, Vintage US custom tribute Halibrand Wheels with AVON racing tires were chosen to haul this bad boy around. Custom tri-link rear suspension with KONI adjustable coil over shocks on all four sides was selected with having comfort and race in mind. Stopping the beast is a set of 4 wheel disc brakes. The paint is stunning as you can see, Black painted race stripes over Cool Umber paint was the choice of color , and boy-oh-boy the paint name is just way too cool to tell the admirers huddled around this cobra. Judges at local shows would definitely agree to the award-winning demeanor. This cobra has less then 1600 miles on it since its original build. Don’t miss the opportunity to own this gem of a car.
