SEE MORE PHOTOS OF THIS VETTE AND 100+ OTHERS FOR SALE AT WWW.BUYAVETTE.NET! Black exterior, code correct Red vinyl interior (upgraded to leather seating surfaces and Deluxe interior), matching auxiliary hardtop, convertible top. NOM 365hp 454ci LS5 engine, 4 speed manual transmission, posi rear-end. Features include power steering, power brakes, AM/FM/Cassette stereo. Originally assembled on April 5, 1971, this 1971 Corvette 454/365hp Convertible has a TON of new parts, and needs mostly mechanical and light trim work to be a very nice car! This was someones project, and theyve done most of the cosmetic work for you already, but they simply ran out of funding. This cars paint looks to be recent, and is good-vg with a brilliant, mile-deep shine. Headlights are not currently working. With the exception of the hardtop, all exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code. Front chrome bumper appears to be original, and is in good condition> rear chrome bumpers show what look like a slightly older finish, and are good-vg. Hardtop weatherstripping appears to be original> all other weatherstripping appears to be recent, and is vg-exc. We recommend replacing both outer door handles on this car. Rally wheels are in fair condition, and wear good-vg trim rings and center caps. BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires are nearly new with an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1971 Corvette 454/365hp Convertible shows vg-exc recent leather seat covers, cutpile carpet, deluxe door panels, and dash pad. Steering wheel is in good condition> gauges are good-vg with minor fading and exc lenses. Center console is vg. A Custom Auto Sound AM/FM/Cassette stereo has been added in place of the factory AM/FM radio, and a large rubber antenna has been added in place of the factory antenna. The only other addition to this interior appears to be a Hurst shifter. GM seatbelts appear to be original, and are not currently functioning. The engine in this car shows casting number 3963512, and suffix CPD, which would be correct for a 1971 Chevelle SS454/365hp. Additions to this engine include a 6 inch Edelbrock chrome air cleaner, Red spark plug wires, and radiator flex hoses. Originally an air conditioning equipped car, the a/c compressor and other underhood parts have been removed. Frame is solid and rust-free. Please call us for more details on this project car! Our Price: $23,999. Financing Available with long terms and low rates.
