Description

This is a very correct 225HP GT Convertible with it's original matching numbers and an A code 289 4 barrel. All of the correct GT indicators are present, trumpet exhaust, Rally Pac gauges, special handling package with power steering box, larger coils and larger sway bar, DISC brakes with the DISC emblem on the peddle, and the horizontal bar on the grill with fog lights . This Convertible is in phenomenal show car shape with super great paint (Silver Blue) (paint was applied to a completely naked car). Pony interior is beautiful. Has factory AC, and an AM radio. front bench bucket seat, and 4-speed transmission. The engine is strong (was completely rebuilt 4k ago). This is one of the good ones, you can find a Mustang, you can find a Convertible, A codes are rare but out there. What makes this car rare is how solid and completely correct it is. Good cars are a joy and this A Code Convertible is brilliant from bumper to bumper. The only non-stock parts are the Goodyear belted tires, and the gas shocks. This is also a California car, in show condition, that has been awarded trophies twice at the Central Coast Car Show, has always been garaged and never driven in the rain! Car is currently in California, but was stored for years in Nevada. This car trophied twice at the Central Coast California Car Show!, and was featured by Speed Week at the Fabulous Fords Forever Show at Knotts Berry Farm!
