Description

1929 Ford Custom Roadster Some of the coolest street rods cruising around nowadays arent the wild new age customs but the old school customs that fill every heart with nostalgia as it rolls by. This 29 Ford Roadster is one of those cars. This awesome classic gets a ton of attention and every old hot rodder out there loves it. It was just gone through with multiple components redone including the interior and paint. It has only been driven 375 miles since so it looks like new. The Briggs body is very solid and is coated in a deep Red paint that really pops. Pinstriping was just added with a scallop on the side panels which nicely breaks up the Red. You will note some of the photographs dont show this pinstriping because they were taken prior to it being put on. Some of the old school style components include the large circle headlights with headlight bar and running boards you could actually stand on! The 32 Ford grill shell nicely changes the front in look and houses a nice chrome grill. The front windshield is nice and clear and cleanly mounted in place. Paired with the Red paint is a nice custom made fiberglass top that fits perfectly in place. The exterior of the top is covered with color matched cloth. The headliner in the top is done to match the balance of the passenger compartment. It can easily be removed or put in place in a matter of minutes so transforming the look of the car is easily done. This allows you to cruise the streets in a roadster or a coupe depending on your mood. The car looks great driving around and currently sits on a set of chrome reverse wheels with nice fresh tires (P195-60R15/P255-70R15.) Powering up this custom is a 4.3 Liter V6 that runs extremely well. Most people see V6 and instantly think it has no power but we can assure you that is not the case. It is incredibly responsive and gets the car moving very well. The block, heads, and manifold are all coated Black and are topped with nice chrome valve covers and a circle air cleaner. The Weber carburetor is nicely adjusted to have a nice smooth idle. It is fitted with Edlebrock performance headers into dual exhaust which provides a great sound. The Turbo 350 automatic transmission shifts extremely well and sends power into the 10 bolt rear end with 3:50 gears. Disc brakes are in place up front and stop the car with no problems. The interior of the car is complete in custom Red with custom alligator skin style inserts. It is all brand new so it still has a perfect, fresh look. The bench seat is very comfortable and free of any wear and tear. The dash is nicely painted to match the car and is toped with all white face Omega Kustom gauges. The tilt steering column fits the car well and is topped with a Lecarra steering wheel with Ford horn button. A custom center console in in place which houses the AM/FM/CD player and cupholders. The trunk of the car is finished out in the same Red and is in good condition. This is a cool classic that is being offered up for a very affordable price! How often can you pick up a cool Street Rod like this for only $28,500.00!
