The Cadillac for 1912 was the first production automobile with electric start.nbsp; This was huge, because in 1912, if you wanted the big horse power you had to hand crank.nbsp; This big 4 forty horse and Lnbsp;head engine has a bore and stroke 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 with 286.3 cu in tire size 36 x 4 whitewalls.nbsp; 1912 first Cadillac with electric lights and nickel brite work.nbsp; New car cost was $1800.00 a small fortune in 1912.nbsp; This car was all complete survivor found in a building in Spring Brook, North Dakota.nbsp; The car is an older complete professional frame off restoration, by Loren Burch of Northern California, with excellent paint, nickel and leather interior, complete with side curtains and boot.nbsp; The engine was rebuilt by John Sanders of Rockford with less then 100 miles.nbsp; The car has 12 volt starter with turn signals and brake light upgrade.nbsp; Very powerful and dependable driver you#39;d be proud to own, runs and drives excellent.nbsp; Youtube video available upon request.nbsp; Call our classic car division at 815-385-8408 for video and/or vehicle information.
