This 1937 Ford Hot Rod pickup truck takes a classic body style, combines some nice modern touches with some really cool retro ones to make one killer looking ride.
The result of a full frame off rotisserie restoration, this 37 Ford rolls on a fresh suspension and completely refinished frame. The frame was media blasted down to bare metal and has been kitted out with new suspension components and brakes from front to rear. The truck has been lowered on all four corners and has meaty new Heidts tubular control arms up front. The steelies and vintage bias plys toughen up the look, while details like the slick paint job, oak bed, and immaculate undercarriage exude quality.
Power comes from a smooth running 350 Ci engine, hooked up to a built Turbo 350 transmission. The truck is equipped with power steering, power brakes and the motor is cooled by an aluminum radiator. The engine utilizes an Edelbrock 650 carb and Edelbrock performer intake and a big spark comes from the electronic ignition. Header flow into a custom built 2.5 exhaust system with a nice tone.
The interior features custom grey trim on the seats, door panels, cab roof and back panel. The gauges are a set of VDO units providing accurate readings and lots of style along the way. Look up and there is a modern radio that has been integrated into the headliner. Custom pedals adorn the footwell and the Lokar shifter rises from the carpeting to hand height.
