Description

1969 Shelby GT350

We are proud to offer one of the most valued names in the muscle car world. The Shelby GT350, like any Shelby, draws attention from the most admired collectors in the world. This GT350 has had just three owners in its 44 year history. it is fully documented with the original Shelby invoice & pre-delivery inspection sheet, a Shelby order form from RAMP Ford in Port Jefferson New York, original build sheet, Marti Report and a very rarely seen and highly desirable Louise Eminger Report/letter. To add to its value, Mr. Carroll Shelbys signature is sprawled across the passenger side dash. The restoration was done by famed Shelby master Andy Schaefer of Quogue NY. A full binder of documentation and restoration pictures are included. Documentation is as good as it gets.

The car is nearly flawless for a well driven muscle car. The matching numbers 351ci M-code engine has been completely rebuilt by just over 10,000 miles ago. She starts, run and drives perfectly. An upgraded 5 speed Tremec transmission has been added. The original 4 speed is included in the sale and is in perfect working order.

Factory Candy Apple Red paint is all new and absolutely beautiful. It shines brilliantly and there is no pitting or bubbling. All striping and badging is 100% correct. Body has never been hit and body lines are perfect. Body panels are all original as well as the factory fiberglass hood and trunk. The original fiberglass hood is clearly marked and numbers are shown in the photos. Chrome and trim are also in flawless condition with no pitting, fading and certainly no rust.

The interior is completely original and looks great. There are no seat or dash cracks or tears. Factory roll cage is in tact. The original AM radio has been replaced with a correct 1969 Ford AM-FM stereo radio. A new Alpine CD changer with remote was added but nothing was altered in the installation. it is mounted in the trunk.

This is a factory A/C car and it blows COLD!. Other notable features include power steering, power brakes with front disc. Everything works as it should including all gauges, lights, signals, speedometer, odometer and everything else.

Original Magstar wheels now run on 235/60 R15 radials.

The undercarriage is nicely detailed and in incredible condition. There is no rust, period. The exhaust is new.

Please take a look at the 80 pictures and feel free to call us with any questions at all. Only 1085 of these cars were made. This is your chance to own one of them. These are the most sought after cars in American Muscle car history and will continue to appreciate in the future as they have in the past.
