Description

Barn Find 1925 Ford Model-T The Ford Model T has an extensive history in the automotive market lasting for nearly 20 years and is credited with putting America on wheels. Henry Ford introduced the Model T as a sturdy, low-priced car for the masses in 1908 and produced it with very few changes until 1927. It became affectionately known as the Tin Lizzie, and was soon chugging off the assembly line and into history. There are over 110 pictures of this car in the eBay listing, including detailed exterior, interior, engine, trunk and undercarriage. Please let them load on your computer, it will take some time because of the size. WE WILL NOT RESPOND to emails asking for the reserve, or selling price. If you would like to discuss a purchase, GIVE US A CALL 815-953-6843 This is the kind of car we love to find, a true barn find! Please let all the pictures load (there are over 110) to see the nice condition of this classic old Tin Lizzie. Our knowledge on the history of this car is extremely limited, the following was provided by the current owner. The car was purchased by him in 2007 at a local estate sale. According to the estate, this car was found in an old barn on an Indian reservation in California in the early 90s and brought to Illinois in 2001. It appears to be an older restoration that does show some wear. The body is all steel, with the paint showing some imperfections, the undercarriage is very nice and the interior is excellent. The car runs and drives fine. Please remember that this car is 87 years old and not perfect. The paint is older and has some imperfections (as shown), the manual starter does work, but is hard to crank.
