1925 Dodge Touring car in mostly original condition. To our knowledge, only the soft top and seat coverings have been replaced. As noted in one of the photos, there is some minor paint loss in the area shown, but no underlying rust. There is some crazing of the red portion of the paint, like you would see on an old master oil painting, but the integrity of this original enamel is intact, i.e. it is not flaking or peeling except in the area shown. The car runs and drives very well. It has been garage kept and is in very good to excellent condition. Remarkably, it still has the original owners manual, as well as a copy to use as a working reference. The owners manual is essentially what would be referred to today as a shop manual, as it has detailed pictures and instructions for servicing and rebuilding every component of the car. The car also has the original crank, which I assume was an auxillary as the electric starter works fine. Unlike many cars of this era, the Dodge does have a 12 volt electrical system. The integrity of the wooden wheels is very good, but there is some peeling of the varnish. We have been told that it would be best to strip the wheels and soak them in linseed oil to restore the original finish. That will be up to the discretion of the purchaser if they wish to do some restoration work, but she is beautiful and drives well as she sits, ready to go to your next parade!

Will consider reasonable offers.

Note that the car is currently on a vehicle transportation trailer owned by my uncle, which he has been using to drive the car to some local car shows. He is very receptive to selling the trailer with the car. We will find out what he wants for the trailer.
