This car was produced at a 283 Power Pack-Proglide with factory air. It still has a 283 Powerglide engine but now with 4 barrel Edelbrock Carburetor. It has the original cast iron powerglide transmission.
While it does come with factory A/C and the evaporator and condenser are on the car, the compressor is not mounted on the engine. Owner does have the compressor.
It has new ignition wires and spark plugs.
All new exhaust.
All newly replaced suspension- new shock absorbers, upper and lower ball joints, A frame bushings, and tie rod ends.
New front end alignment. Power steering ram and pump have been replaced.
New brake system including new drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, and brake lines.
There are a couple of spots in the floor pan that have small holes, but owner does have a new factory one piece floor pan complete for the El Camino.
The carpet and upholstery in the vehicle is in very good condition, as are the door panels and the headliner. All the glass is in good condition. The dash is complete with all instruments and radio. All exterior lights function and work well.
All trim is in very good and 100% complete.
The paint is very shiny and it has original paint dividers. (Not available any longer.
Has a custom wood floor in the bed with a custom Tonneau cover.
Front and rear valances below both bumpers are intact.
Good tires- Rally wheels- and rear end has been resealed.
This car runs and drives and is dependable.
Still needs some work, but a very complete car.
