On May 2, 1936 this Packard was delivered to Mountain Motors of Denver to be sold new. Finished in dark plum with grey cloth interior, the car shows very well and the closer you inspect the car the nicer the details become right down to the chrome emblem on top of the grille. With a quick push of the started button the Packard straight 8 cylinder engine will fire up with ease and the 3 speed transmission shifts well, just as one would expect when driving a Packard! The cars look is finished with the must have features of a 30’s Packard, dual side mount spares and a rear luggage rack. Having benefited from some previous restoration the car presents itself very well while retaining enough original elements to show how well the car has been maintained and treated since new. The car represents a fantastic car for someone searching for a very useable pre-war classic to drive and enjoy.
