I bought this car in Washington and drove it to Colorado last year. With the move came the need to put in smaller carb jets for the elevation change. I also put in a pertronix igniter to eliminate the points and condenser. Right now I'm getting 15mpg and it runs great.
This is a project car but fun and driveable as is and it always turns heads. I get a lot of thumbs up from other drivers. Except for the three body dents you see in the picture, this car is in excellent shape for its age.
Thanks for looking. If you are interested in buying the car, or have more questions toward that end, please contact me.
I just had my mechanic put in new exhaust manifold bolts (The old ones had to be drilled and tapped), oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, rear main seal. I have receipts for the work done.
Fuel guage is not working. Radio is not working.
All the lights and signals work.
Brakes are good. Rubber is good.
Thanks for looking,
Ed
