Ladies and gentleman this is another fine example of the kind of quality vehicles that Just Toys Classic Cars offers. This is a 1947 Chevy 2 Door Fleet Master Sedan Street Rod. This is the kind of car that you can load up the entire family as well as all of their stuff and go to any cruise night or car show anywhere in the country. As a matter of fact, this one has. The owner told us that he drove this beauty all the way to Georgia on one tank of gas, tooled around town, and then filled it up for the drive home.
So, lets get into the details of this fine piece. As you you will see, this car speaks for itself. It is going to make a statement as soon as you pull up on the scene with the great looking purple paint, and the great looking teal graphics that are pin stripped in orange. The next thing that you are going to notice are the frenched in headlights, and the awesome looking real wire wheels. These are not cheap folks and they are real wire wheels. As you walk around the car you are going to see a very interesting set of bowtie taillights that have been molded into the rear fenders. These are not cheap plastic pieces folks. They are 100% metal and just shows the kind of craftsmanship that went into this fine vehicle. As you continue around the car you are also going to notice shaved door handles as well. There is remote access for the doors as well as the safety back up switch just in case your phob goes dead on you. Now, lets get to the business end of this beauty under the hood. You are going to see a beautifully chromed Chevy 350 with an aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock carb, as well as plenty of billet and chrome accessories. Make sure you have your cool shades on when you look under this hood. Exhaust is handled with Hooker chrome long tube headers that go back to Flowmaster mufflers. So, not only does this baby look good, she sounds awesome on the other end as well. The reason for the awesome fuel economy is that this 350 is matted to a 700R4 transmission that goes back to a Ford 9 rear end. So you can cruise in this baby in comfort all day long. The front end is a nova sub-frame for great ride quality. This car also has power steering and power disc breaks so it is easy to turn and stops on a dime as well. The fan on the motor is manual, and has electric cooling fans as well. The owner said that he has never had to use the electric fan and he has driven this car everywhere, but it is nice to have the back up if you need it. Now, lets get to that comfort with the interior. As you will see in this interior, it just screams comfort. First thing you will look at are the extremely comfortable front seats. If you look close you will see power seats with power lumbar support, as well as arm rests. The back seat in this cruiser is like a small love seat (no pun intended.) You can fit the whole gang in this car in absolute comfort as well as all of their stuff in the carpeted cavernous trunk. The head liner as you will see is in perfect shape and feel free to hit the power windows and feel that breeze as you cruise. Now, looking out the windshield of this beauty is a site in itself. What you are going to look at is a restored 47 dash and everything works on it. Next, wrap your hands around the wood banjo steering wheel and get ready to ride. This awesome car has ICE COLD A/C so you can go to any summer time cruise. You are also going to be able to cruise to all of your favorite tunes as you listen through the Pioneer CD/AM/FM stereo.
