It is offered As-Is, not covered by a warranty. - 1967 Jaguar E-Type Series I OTS Chassis No. 1E13873 Engine No. 7E9770-9 Body No. 4E 5585 Stunning Presentation Excellent Color Combination Desirable Closed-Headlight Series I 4.2L Roadster Wonderful Driver Collector Ready Introduced in 1961, the E-Type roadster proved to be an immediate success. Designed under the guidance of Sir William Lyons, the car was a longer and lower version of Jaguars D-Type. Manufactured between 1961 and 1975, its combination of good looks, high performance, and competitive pricing established the marquee as an icon of 1960s motoring. On its release Enzo Ferrari called it The most beautiful car ever made. The 1967 XKE Roadster is often considered one of the most desirable models produced by Jaguar, and thus remaining highly collectable today. This particular Roadsters unique color combination of Opalescent Silver Blue paintwork over the original Dark Blue leather appointments is not only stunning, but quite rare. Bright polished trim, bumpers and complimenting chrome wire wheels complete the presentation. With only 30,000 original miles, this California car and fantastic driver is well suited for touring and would credit to any collection. The original 4.2 Litre motor runs well and pulls strong, shifting is precise. All lights and signals are in proper working order, including the wipers and instruments. The leather upholstery remains original to the Jaguar in outstanding condition as is the undercarriage. This numbers-matching example still exhibits its factory body # tag located behind the rear license plate, complete with jack and Owners manual.
