This cars paint looks to be somewhat recent, and is in very good condition with a nice shine. Window sweeps look to be recent, and are soft in very good condition with no cracks. The weatherstripping on the a-pillars and b-pillars looks to be original, and is still soft and in overall good condition with a few typical hairline cracks. A set of LED bubble style taillights has been added to this car, in addition to a set of 1988 Z51/Z52 or 1989 wheels. These wheels wear a set of radial tires, which show an average of 3/32nds tread depth remaining in the front, and an average of 5/32nds remaining in the rear. The interior of this 1986 Corvette Z51 shows what look to be original factory leather seat covers in good condition with no tears. Center console is in good to very good condition with all of its print present, and what looks to be a recent lid. Please note that because the lid has been replaced, the original RPO sticker is now missing> however, a previous owner has taken a low resolution photo of the original sticker and printed it on plain paper, which is included with this car, along with an owners manual. Steering wheel appears to be original, and currently wears a black stitched-on cover. Dash pad is in good condition with no cracks, and the passenger side rubber dash pillow has been replaced with a flat plastic aftermarket unit. Carpet appears to be original, as are the door panels. A Panasonic CQ-C1100U CD stereo has replaced the factory Bose cassette unit. Other additions to this car include a clear cover with CORVETTE script for the idiot light center, black door sill covers with white CORVETTE script, premium Optima Red Top battery, and floor mats with embroidered C4 logo. The following items are chrome or polished: alternator, alternator bracket, cruise control bracket, brake master cylinder reservoir, a/c compressor cover, airbox cover, hood latches, hood hinge, subframe braces, exhaust tips, and water pump pulley. The intake manifold and valve covers have been painted in a dark gray metallic matte finish, and the subframe is corrosion-free.
