A 1967 Porsche 912 ‘Soft Window’ Targa. Correct numbers car. 76,000 miles showing on the odometer. The original color is light ivory but the car is currently burgundy with a black interior. Was with the same owner for a long time.
According to the Porsche 912 registry. Only 150 ‘soft window’ Targas are known to be in existence. Besides the front bumper and the Targa bar frame, the car is all there.
Underneath, aside from some rust holes on the floor there is a lot of surface rust. The trunk floors are rusted out.
The body is very straight, it does have some fillers on the rear fenders. The motor turns freely by hand, did not try to start.
It is hard to come by such an original, unrestored soft window Targa, as they are becoming more rare and more valuable.
