Description

Stk. 1700 1955 Chevrolet 5 Window Pickup

What adjective can I use to describe this incredible truck that you haven't already thought of? How about, this is one Bad Rod! This first edition 1955 Chevy five-window pick-up is the stuff that cruising on Saturday night dreams are made of! Conceptualized and built by a local car loving couple, this awesome street machine needs nothing other than to be shown off. Sporting an incredibly lustrous PPG paint scheme in Hugger Orange with a large dash of Vanilla Shake down the middle, Von Dutch style pinstripes and a great rendering of Garfield on the tail gate and you will be one cool cat getting all the thumbs up from the locals! Roll forward the custom No Limits tilt front end to reveal a stout little 350 mill decked out in the same orange finish and fully garnished with chromed engine accessories and a selective sprinkling of more hand painted pin striping on its custom air cleaner and firewall. Down the middle, a 350 Turbohydramatic delivers it to a stock Chevy ten bolt rear. The chassis underneath is also a work of orange art featuring a Fatman tubular front end complimented with coil-over shocks at all corners and hefty six-leaf springs out back. The rubber hits the road with four chromed 17" Z/28 wheels wrapped with aggressive 225/50/R17 and 275/50/R17 Nitto Extreme Performance skins front and rear. Open either of the doors via remote control while you step up onto the custom stretched running boards and prepare to be transformed to a higher level of consciousness from the glove soft custom two-tone chairs and door panels. As your eyes scan the perimeter you are taken aback by the hand crafted waterfall console and 55 Bel Air dash with its subtle antique beige Dolphin gauges. Over $6000 was spent on creating this amazing environment. Go ahead, dial in some tunes on that custom Kenwood sound system before you get underway. Last but not least, you will love showing off the sweet electric aluminum tonneau cover and built-in pleasure chest!
