My first classic car I purchased in 1994. It is a highly reliable cruiser. It has the stock V8 Flathead 239 cubic inch engine. I have added exhaust headers, an Offenhauser intake and large Holley 4 barrel. The combination works well with the glass-pack mufflers that were on the car when I got it. It has a manual transmission with three on the column and electric over-drive. The car shifts very well and you can use over-drive in second or third. I’ve added half-moon wheels. I do have radials on the car which improve handling. The car has a modern radio that looks just like the original one but is AM/FM. The original radio is available but is not currently working although it did for several years after I bought the car. The car has been repainted since I got it about 10 years ago. This sweet little Ford works really well as a reliable driver, but could stand a little gussieing up to really be a show stopper.
