As far as I can tell, this is a COMPLETE car. I do not know of any piece missing. All of the power windows work, the power seat works, Air conditioning has been disabled for the winter but worked last summer. I am not sure of the accident history on this car but it has no large evidence of having a problem. The paint work done on it was not done properly but it keeps the car covered and away from rust. It would be a great daily driver. I have new rubber for the front bumper to body joint and new under hood insulation.
