1955 Chevrolet sedan delivery. This is a real sedan delivery, not a wagon made to look like a delivery. The body is all original steel and has never had any rust in it. Even the front fenders are rust free and had never been caped. The body is very straight and the black paint shows very well that there has never been any panels added to the body. The wagon still retains the one piece tail gate and all the original delivery trim inside.
The interior is done in black leather with gray suede inserts. The seats and all the leather interior are in like new condition. Both the drivers and passenger seat are power adjustable. The dash is done like original with a classic instruments dash pod. The dash pod contains all the gages that work as they should. The sound system and video equipment is by Jensen. There is a backup camera mounted just under the back bumper that allows the driver to see behind the wagon with ease. The sound system in the car is fantastic with the Jensen AM/FM, CD and video stereo. There are speakers mounted in the front kick panels and in the rear panels. The surround sound is the best you can get in any car. The vintage air conditioning is controlled by the original heater levers in the dash and blows cold.
The delivery is powered by a new ZZ4 350 with alunimum heads. This engine has been up graded with a high lift comp roller cam. The engine really has a good thump to it. The engine is topped off with a three duce setup with an Edelbrock intake and 3 GM 2 jet Rochester carburetors. The ZZ4 comes with a full 355 horsepower and 405 lb.-ft. of torque.
The ZZ4 350 is back by a 4L60-E 4 speed automatic transmission. With over 350 HP this 4 speed automatic gets the job done in this delivery. You have plenty of power to get down the road and an overdrive transmission to help with fuel mileage. As you can see under the hood is detailed with billet aluminum valve covers and a polished aluminum radiator.
The over all look of the delivery is old school with the American Racing 5 spoke Torq Thrust 2's with B F Goodrich T/A Radials. The front tires are P225/60R15/95S and the back tires are P245/60R15/100S.
Both the front and back bumper are re-chromed and the car still retains the original wagon bumper. The only chrome on the car are the bumper, mirrors and door handles. The sedan delivery was only offered in the 150 model class.
