This beautiful Bel-Air has driven less than a thousand miles since the frame-off restoration was completed in 2010 with new chrome everywhere. The black and red interior was redone in original ’57 style. Amenities include ice cold Generation 4 Vintage Air, Heater, AM/FM Radio, Ididit Tilt Steering Column, tachometer and Power Disc/Drum brakes.
This crusin’ classic is powered by a 350 ci GM Crate motor with a 650 cfm Edelbrock carb making 350 hp. The motor is mated to a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with a Hurst Shifter and a 3.08 Positraction rear end. A dual exhaust system with crossover sounds Excellent.
New front springs and 5 leaf rear springs were fitted during the restoration. The car rides smooth and tracks straight on new 215/70x15 Cooper Cobra Radial Tires on 60’s style Cragar SS wheels.
A ‘57 Chevrolet Bel –Air is THE iconic ride. This fine example scored 962 points and was awarded a Gold Certificate at the Winter National Classic Chevy International Show in Orlando last January.
