1972 Chevelle SS, true big block car with F41 suspension, factory 12 bolt posi and turbo 400. Original build/tank sheet is availble. Original 402 engine was replaced with a 427 with GM forged steel crank, Arias 12:1 pistons, Childs & Albert gapless rings, dimple rods, Competion Cams solid roller cam, Crane lifters, Melling high volume oil pump, Trend push rods, new closed chambered GM heads w/Ferrea valves, Comp Cams springs, titanium 10 degree retainers and locks, Comp Cams stud girdle, Biggs 850 carb., aluminum BE Cool radiator with electric fan. New ATI transmission and custom made convertor. This car will run 11's in the 1/4 mile and can be street driven easily with good gas. Engine compartment has lots of chrome including: inner fender wells, heater box, valve covers, water pump, pulleys, alternator, radiator support and polished aluminum intake. Richmond ring and pinion, 4.10 gears, Moser axles. Gas tank is painted same color as car w/chrome tank straps. Gas tank has sump with two Mallory polished filters and Mallory electric fuel pump and regulator. Greg Weld wheels w/Mickey Thompson ET street tires on back and Mickey Thompson radials on front. New Wildwood brakes on front. Full 3" exhaust w/Flowmaster mufflers. Car is super straight, paint is shiny and in great condition. All original GM sheet metal. Car get tons of compliments and has won multiple shows. Interior is in very good condition, seats have new covers, carpet and headliner are new. This is an original column shift car with bench seat. Floor pans are in original good condition. Pics show car with no hood but have the original tri level GM hood. Have owned this car since 1983, stored in a climate controlled environment year round.
