Vehicle is being sold with no warranty in As Is/Where Is condition. 248-974-9513 1963 Chevy Impala SS This beautiful Impala SS originally came from Texas and spent most of its life there. The previous owner purchased it as project car and restored it. He completely stripped the car down to bare metal and kept all of the original panels. The car was professionally painted nearly a year ago, and has been wet sanded numerous times to give it an ultra high gloss. This Impala was originally white. The interior was also completed about a year ago, which includes a new headliner, carpet and seat covers as well as foam. All the seats are original, and the covers are the correct Impala version. The Interior was done by Shelby Trim, a very well known and respected trim shop in the Detroit area. The interior alone was an $8,000 job. The drive train is all numbers matching. The engine is the original 327ci, mated to the original Muncie 3 speed transmission. The engine and trans were rebuilt and tuned by a retired GM drive train specialist. All parts are original or period correct. The intake and carb are Edelbrock, but 1960s period correct. The drive train has approximately 700 miles since rebuild. The suspension was all rebuilt and every part either replaced or rebuilt.
