This cars paint is in overall good condition, showing a nice shine. Convertible top looks to be recent, and is in very good to excellent condition with no rips, tears, or thin spots, and a very good to excellent condition window. Chrome bumpers are in very good condition with what looks to be a slightly older chrome finish. Door weatherstripping looks to be recent, and is soft and in very good condition. Taillights are BRAND NEW, and in very good to excellent condition with no cracks. This car wears a set of knockoff style wheels, which are in good to very good condition. Tires are radial whitewalls, showing nearly full tread depth remaining at an average of 9/32nds. The interior of this 1965 Corvette Convertible shows leather seat covers in overall good condition with no rips or tears. Correct loop style carpet is also in good condition, as are the dash pads, which are free from cracks. Seatbelts are slightly newer style original GM, and are in overall good condition. Center console is in good to very good condition, and the steering wheel is in good condition with no breaks. Gauges show no fading and are in very good condition with clear lenses. The numbers matching engine in this 1965 Corvette Convertible shows original casting date February 11, 1965, and final assembly date February 12, 1965. Correct ignition shielding, intake manifold, and alternator are in place. Additions to this engine compartment include a chrome air cleaner, 1967-up 350hp style valve covers, polished Edelbrock carburetor, and an aluminum radiator. Exhaust is brand new, and the frame is solid and rust-free.
