This car is a real attention-getter where ever I go. It has been used as a fair-weather cruiser and has been garage-kept since I built it. The color is a standard Chrisler/Dodge PR4 red which is easy to match if the unfortunate hapens. The car is tight and handles well. The side pipes are painted with a VHT high temperature paint which makes it easy to restore the pipes to new unmarked condition for shows.
It has won numerous first-in-class awards and one best-of-of show over the years.
The base kit is manufactured by Factory Five Racing which is a leader in the component-car industry.
The engine is a stock 225 horse Ford 302. This motor provides plenty of power and is anong the most economical V-8's to renew or modify for more horsepower at the rear wheels. The frame is designed to accept 351's, 427's, 428's and 460 fat blocks.
The vehicle includes a snap-on tonneau cover and a folding convertible top which is still a work in progress.
At this price it won't last long.
