If you are looking to get into the tri five Chevy market you have probably found that these arent the most inexpensive cars out there. These classics continue to be extremely popular and their price reflects that. Well here is your opportunity to get yourself a smooth running 1955 Chevrolet Belair 2 door for a great price. This affordable classic is in great running condition but is by no means your never driven trailer queen. It is coated in a nice Silver and White two tone that looks great outdoors. The car has all of the correct trim and chrome which is cleanly mounted in place. The same is true for all the emblems so you dont have to worry about chasing those hard to find parts down. All of the glass is in great shape with a nice dark tint on the side and rear windows. The front windshield is also tinted but is slightly lighter than the rest. All of the exterior electrical is working just as it should with no issues. It has a great stance and rides around on a Blacked out set of new 15 Coys wheels that work great with the Silver color scheme. The 327 V8 under the hood of this classic is mechanically sound and starts up with no issues. It is out of a 67 Corvette and was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. The block, heads, and manifold are all painted a Chevrolet Orange for that nostalgic look. It is then topped with a blacked out circle air cleaner and Corvette finned valve covers. The car has a slight cam and plenty of power. The car has a great sound through ceramic coated headers into dual exhaust with Cherry Bomb mufflers. Keeping the car running nice a cool is a polished PRC aluminum radiator with a polished mount and a/c condenser. Dual electric fans are in place and work great for pulling air into that engine bay. This is all then backed by a nice manual Muncie 4 speed transmission that shifts with no issues. These feeds power back to the 10 bolt positrac rear end with 3:73 gears. The car utilizes a power brake booster with disc brakes up front and drums in rear. A power steering system is also in place with a new 605 box. The interior is done in a Black leather that is in great condition. High back Pro Car bucket seats with seat belts are in place and very comfortable. They mount nicely in place and sit to each side of a custom made console which houses 2 cup holders. Also mounted to the floor is a Hurst shifter that looks great in place. The dash of the car is coated in Silver and is primarily original other than the added Kenwood AM/FM/CD player. A tilt steering column is in place and is topped with a later model 1959 Chevrolet steering wheel. Mounted to the column is a white faced performance tachometer with a separate fuel, temp, volt, and oil gauge mounted below the dash. An air conditioning system is nicely mounted in place and blows cold with no problems. You wont find many opportunities to purchase a classic like this for a such a reasonable price. It is priced to sell! You wont find another Belair with all these components priced at only $29,950.00!
