TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment in U.S. Currency. A deposit of 10% of the selling price is required at time of sale agreement. The balance of the sales price is due within 7 business days following the close. Acceptable payment methods are by Bank Check, Money Order, or Bank-t0-Bank Wire transfer. Car and Title transfer will not be accomplished until all funds have been received and verified by Seller's bank.
The Seller reserves the right to end the sale on this vehicle at any time is the sale is made through other advertising and/or local listings.
