A 10% deposit is required upon agreement on sale and closing. The remainder of the selling price is due within 7 business days of the close. Acceptable payment methods are by Bank Check, Money Order or Bank-to-Bank wire transfer. Car and title transfer will not be accomplished until all funds have been received and verified by Seller's bank.
