Completely rebuilt 67 Cougar. Built this for my wife and then she decided she would rather have a 1957 T-Bird. This is a ground up, every nut and bolt restoration with Factory Black Interior and Factory Red Paint. Engine is completely rebuilt as is the transmission. The Differential was serviced and bearing replaced. New Drive line and bearings. All Brake cylinders ( wheel and master) are new. New Shoes and drums turned. Interior with the exception of the dash is all new including new seat foam, Seat Covers, Rear seat foam, seat covers, carpet, /// door panels and rear surround were repaired and re-dyed. New 4 core aluminum (champion) radiator. New tires and new Magnum Wheels with the Red Walking Cat caps to match. Dynomaxx Turbo mufflers ( now duel exhaust // also all new aluminized tube ). NO BONDO, ALL REPAIRS MADE WITH REAL METAL. 5 Coats of primer and high build primer, block sanded by hand, then 4 coats of factory red, wet sanded and polished. Bottom of the car is painted 80% gloss black and then undercoated in the appropriate areas. Sequential lamps work, Headlight doors work.
Also, Aftermarket Vintage Air and Heat system. Ice cold air that looks factory installed.
I have taken this car to only two shows and it has won peoples choice and best of show. But if your concerned about quality of restoration look at the trophies my shop has earned in the last 2 years. Were always in the money. (trophy's do not go with the car).
Starts right up every time and has a nice smooth rumble as it idles or cruises down the street.
