Description

1969 Camaro RS SS If your looking for something cute then move along. This classic is all muscle. The Camaro line is always known as one of the toughest looking muscle cars produced. Even modern day Camaros are still out tearing up the streets as the hot rod of the town. The cool 1969 Camaro you see here is extremely well done and has a great look. Above all it is an factory Big zblockRS SS car with some rare factory options. It was completely body off rotisserie restored less than 5,000 mile ago and needs nothing. The RS SS car is laser straight and entirely rust/body work free. This paint is nice and deep with a beautiful finish. This is the type of car where everything just works together perfectly. The Cortez Silver paint next to the black side accents, Black vinyl top, and Red line tires just looks awesome. Who would have thought a thin red stripe on a tire could transform the look of a car. The striping has all been professionally applied and is extremely well done. It has no tearing, scratching, or waviness. All of the gapping on the car like the hood and door gaps are very even and straight. This is the type of car where you close the door and can just tell its solid. All of the chrome on the car from front to rear bumper is in place and has a beautiful shine. All of the glass on the car is in place and without all scratching and pitting. The glass window trim is all dent free and has a great finish. One of the coolest parts of this vintage of Camaro is the cool hideaway headlights. This makes for an extremely tough front look with the doors sliding over to reveal the headlights. The car has an awesome look rolling down the road and rides steel wheels with beauty rings and center caps. They are wrapped with Firestone Super Sport sup-r-belt F70x15 redline tires with plenty of tread. To get the complete breakdown of the Body and VIN tag check out the table below: Year - ST69 1969 Make - 1 Chevrolet Model - 2 Camaro Engine Size - 4 V8 Style - 37 Coupe NOR Assembled in Norwood, OH 153348 Sequential body number Interior - 713 Black Hounds tooth trim Production date - 11A 1st week of November Trim Style - X22 SS 396 back rear body panel Year - 9 1969 Serial Number - 711514 211,513th Camaro produced Since the last VIN number on a 1969 Camaro is reported to be 711,922 this could possibly be within 400-500 of last car off the line. Under the hood of this classic is a 396 V8 that is finished off extremely well. The block, manifold, heads, and all lower components are nicely coated in red. It is then topped with chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner with the correct 396 decals. The motor runs very smoothly and has a great sound. This car was done right with everything perfectly in its place. The electrical and hoses are all routed precisely through the engine compartment and nicely mounted. This 396/350hp engine is all numbers matching and packs plenty of power. Backing up the motor is the 4 speed transmission that makes this car extremely fun to drive. The 12 bolt rear end is nice and strong and fits under the car perfectly. Not only is this car an RS SS but it has been factory ordered with some rare options. With the factory air conditioning, power steering, and power disk brakes this car was clearly ordered but more than your everyday car owner. It was certainly top of the line for its day. The interior on the car is done in that classic Black and White houndstooth that is in immaculate condition. The carpet, seats, headliner, dash, sun visors, and door panels are all in place with zero wear and tear. The dash is in the original style condition with everything in place. All of the gauges are working on the car and in the correct locations. The speedometer and factory tachometer are nicely mounted in place and the odometer reads 1260.7 miles. On the console is the white faced battery, temperature, fuel, and oil pressure gauges that are all correct for this car. The original console is all in great shape with nicely done wood paneling. To the column is mounted the rosewood steering wheel that is in great condition. This car is very well done and is one of the cleanest around. You dont see them everyday looking as nice as this. This car hasnt been raced and ragged out by someone wanting the popular car for attention. It has been extremely well cared for and shows very well. A great American classic for the reduced price of $69,000.00! NOW REDUCED DOWN TO $64,950.00! NOW PRICED WAY DOWN AT $56,250.00!!
