Chrome bumpers look to be reproductions that are several years old, but nonetheless still in very good condition. Weatherstripping is recent, and in very good condition as well. This car wears rally wheels, which are in good condition with good condition trim rings and center caps. This car wears recent radial outlined white letter tires, which show an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1971 Corvette 454 shows recent seat covers and carpet in very good condition, a good condition steering wheel, and a very good condition dash pad. Center console shows a very good condition front section. Gauges show no fading and bright needles. Original GM seatbelts are in place, as is the correct AM/FM radio. Fiber optics system is in partially working condition. The numbers matching engine in this 1971 Corvette 454 shows casting date January 19, 1971, and final assembly date January 25, 1971. Ignition shielding is in place, as well as the correct intake manifold. A newer Delco a/c compressor has just been installed, and the air conditioning in this car blows cold with an R134a retrofit.
