1976 Jeep CJ7 - This is a very well known Jeep around Houston where its builders/owners have lived since restoration. Our dealership has had the pleasure of offering it up for sale twice and as the owner of the dealership I've STRONGLY thought about just keeping this one! This unique CJ7 received a $50k+ body-off restoration in 2007 which does not include an 11 speaker sound system that was added later. For starters, the powertrain is a 1987 Mustang 5.0L paired to a Chevy 1 ton 5 Spd transmission with a custom transfer case (CDI). During the engine rebuild aluminum pistons, dart heads, & oversized injectors were installed. This Jeep sounds tough and is as fast as you're thinking.
