This Class A 24 Foot Motorhome in excellent condition. Clean and recently renovated. 7.4 liter (454 cu in) Chevy Engine with 78,000 miles. Runs extremely well. Recently smog tested and passed with flying colors. Body is in great shape, only exception being a small blemish on rear bumper. Has air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, water heater, also has shower, and is microwave ready, and a furnace with a thermostat. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Generator only has 226 hours, is ran 1 time per month per manufacturers instructions to enhance the life of the generator. New traffic master floor.

Motor tuned completely, brakes checked completely, new hoses for smog, motor steam cleaned, smog results excellent and runs excellent.
