1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector Edition
1982 Corvette Collector Edition with all numbers matching and only 88311 original miles. Included are the original window sticker, original shipping Statement of Acceptance, and dealer printout showing more information about the vehicle including when, where, and how many were built and a description of the VIN. 1. Vehicle interior is in great condition with the carpet brand new from restoration. 2. The hatch opens and closes as it is supposed to. 3. The panel over the trunk that rolls out to cover the trunk works as it should. 4. The seats are in good condition with normal wear and tear. - driver seat controls plastic holder is broken very easy fix 5. Steering wheel horn cover is missing since I was resotoring it 6. Radio antenna does not retract easy fix 7. A dash wooden grain kit is included, it is not installed 8. All lights, including headlights, work as they should 9. The air filter assembly is disassembled from the engine 10. Engine is missing one throttle body - throttle body was defective and I removed it...I never got the chance to replace it because my job unexpectedly transfered me to Colorado. Unfortunately I have not been able to find it. 11. Passenger-side T-top has an internal crack. It does not leak and is still very strong. 12. There is no rust anywhere on the vehicle that I have found. It has been garaged for the last 3 years. 13. I replaced the original alternator with one refurbiched from factory. I just though it was time to replace it. - original alternator is in box and is included with the vehicle 14. All tires and wheels are original. Tires are still in very good condition with plenty of thread 15. The paint is the original paint from factory. There are some scratches on the paint and some weather cracks on the stickers...but this is normal for a paint job of that age 16. The engine ran very strong the last time I drove the vehicle. The transmission shifted properly on all gears. 17. The factory air conditioner worked properly the last time I ran it. It pushed out cold and hot air.
