Description

I bought this car in 1968 in Alaska with 3000 mi. In 1994, it had 180,000. Spent $16,841 for COMPLETE mechanical rebuild from new carpets to body bushings to suspension to engine (put on Edelbrock performance carb & high rise manifold) and transmission. Factory spec shows 430 cu. in. at 390 HP. Should be easily over 400 now. Engine rebuild by NASCAR engine mechanic. During 1994-2000 spent another $11,759 for new radiator, electric fuel pump, leveling air shocks on rear, electronic ignition, "U" joints, steering column repair, new ball joints, BOSE amp and speakers and headliner.

This year, have spent another $8300 for new Dark Teal Metallic paint, new A/C compressor and conversion from Freon to 134i refrigerant, new white vinyl upholstery, battery, new AM/FM/CD radio plus power steering and wiring harness upgrade. Also had a performance shop tune-up. (It runs better now than it EVER has.

Receipts available for all work.
