Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1972 Jaguar XJ6L Sedan. CA car
previously owned by Hollywood actor Ray Milland from Dial M for
Murder and The Lost Weekend Fame. The car also appeared in Natalie
Wood's Final Movie The Last Married Couple in America. Car was
purchased from the Milland Estate in CA by the current owner's
uncle in 1997 and brought to MA in 2021. Fully restored in 1997
that included the installation of a newly rebuilt balanced and
blueprinted 1980 4.2L XK double overhead cam inline 6 with added
Vortec V-1 Supercharger, custom radiator, two electric fans, high
performance fuel injection system, MSD6Al ignition system, MSD
coil, custom brackets and more. During restoration, a new custom
velour interior was installed and a very high quality Mink color
paint applied that continues to show very well. Odometer shows
86,155 original miles with approximately 34k miles since the
restoration. Other features include the following: Power Steering,
Power 4 wheel disc brakes, power locks, power windows, power
antenna, Accell onboard Computer System mounted in Glove box,
cruise control, Aftermarket Kenwood AM/FM CD stereo system, full
gauge cluster including clock that works, Clifford alarm system and
Optima Battery. All the body panels appear to be solid and rust
free and fitment is excellent. All the trim badging and chrome is
intact and is in excellent condition. Clean carpeted trunk
compartment with hideaway full spare and jack equipment as shown.
Under carriage and frame solid while exhibiting some typical
surface rust as shown. Car is equipped with dual gas tanks and dual
exhaust. Car rides on older radial tires mounted on factory chrome
Jaguar wheels. Car had been driven regularly from 2021-2024 but has
been mostly sitting garaged on a trickle charger since then. Car
started right up but will need to be gone through, tuned up and
fluids changed. AC & Heat do not appear to be working and wipers
operate slowly and could probably use a new motor. Car comes with
full restoration documentation and receipts, Jaguar repair manual,
car cover and clean MA tite in the current owner's name. Please
