This may be one of the finest 1965 Chevy Nova Hardtops in existence today! Original California Car “Completely Restored” from top to bottom, inside and out! Fresh PPG Clear Coat Basecoat Paint, The undercarriage is impeccably clean, flawless, and redone. All chrome with the exception of the body side aluminum moldings have either been re-chromed (By The Finishing Touch http://www.thefinishingtouchinc.com) or replaced. This beauty is a Multiple Show Winner, receiving many awards and trophies. Odometer reset to zero during restoration and shows 3,295 miles since. Driven lightly only to shows and occasionally pleasure drives locally. This Nova appraised by Kevin Lutz of JMK Classic Car Research, a licensed appraisal firm in Southfield, Michigan (http://www.jmkclassiccars.com/resume.htm). The price is set several thousand dollars below appraised value! All documentation will be included with purchase including appraisal and all receipts of restoration upon sale. The engine alone has well over $5,000.00 in parts in the professional build in which the block was the only component not replaced by Motor City Equipment & Repair. The block was Boiled, Professionally Tested for Cracks, and Decked with new Cam Bearings installed. Included in this rebuilt 327 that was Bored 40 over, Steel Crank, High Performance Domed Pistons and Rods, Mid-Range Comp Solid Lifter Cam, Full Comp Roller Rocker Assembly not roller tips, Cloyes High Performance Double Timing Chain and Gears, 4 Barrel 750 Manual Double Pumper Holly Carburetor with Edelbrock Aluminum Performer RPM Intake Manifold, MSD 6 AL Ignition System, Distributor, Coil, and 8 mm Spark Plug Wires, Double Hump 202 Sportsman II Heads, Comp Solid Lifters and Push Rods, Holley Electric Fuel Pump, Heights Mustang 2 + 2 front end with Disc Brakes, Rack and Pinion Steering, Corvette Tilt Steering Wheel and Column, Full Length Hooker Headers, Duel Exhaust with H-Pipe, Flowmaster 40 series Mufflers, GM Custom 393 Posi-Traction Rear End with Strange Axels, Muncie M21 close ratio 4 Speed Transmission which has the same gear ratio as the famous "Rock Crusher" M22 4 speed without the gear box howl that sounded like a blower drive which was rebuilt by “Liberty Gears” High Performance (http://www.libertysgears.com) well known throughout NHRA and NASCAR for their quality work. Backing this transmission is a Competition Plus Hurst Floor Shifter. The High Performance Heavy Duty Racing Clutch and Pressure Plate was provided by Quality Clutches Inc. Dearborn Heights, MI. Cooper Cobra tires, 60 series in back, GM Corvette factory Rallye Wheels with Center Caps, Custom Autosound AM FM Stereo CD Changer ready, New Carpet, New Headliner, Seats professionally reupholstered, New Dash Chrome, Oil Pan could use repaint, slight surface rust on Exhaust and Mufflers, for this is not a trailer queen!
