The interior of the ’55 is very cool with the original bench seat covered in red and white vinyl. This vehicle is equipped with vintage AC and Heat. The vehicle has an Ididit tilt steering column. The vehicle has a classic instruments gauge cluster. This vehicle has an original clock that works. The vehicle is equipped with an updated AM/FM/Cassette stereo. The car has excellent high quality carpeting with dynamat. The build included all new tempered glass that is crystal clear and excellent. The vehicle is equipped with 3 speed functional windshield wipers. The headliner in this vehicle is in great shape. The ’55 has the classic Chevrolet dash with oodles of detail. Mechanical Highlights:
Mechanically this car is equipped with a fantastic drivetrain consisting of a rebuilt 350 small block Chevrolet motor with 4 bolt main, Edelbrock intake and Carb, Mallory electronic ignition, jet coated ceramic headers and new 2 1/2” dual exhaust with flow master mufflers to give it a nice hot rod sound. The engine has chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, and a Griffin aluminum radiator. The vehicle is equipped with a 700R4 transmission with a B&M floor shifter. The vehicle is equipped with a 3:73 Posi rear end. The vehicle is equipped with a 605 power steering box. As part of the build the front suspension was rebuilt with 2” drop spindles and a front power disk brake conversion kit. This car has been completely rewired with an American Auto wire harness. The car is equipped with LED tail lights and all new glass. This car starts, runs, drives, and stops without issue. This is a super sharp ‘55 you can get in and enjoy from day one and have an unbelievably sharp vehicle.
