Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 25th year in the
classic and muscle car business. Chevrolet's name for the Z/28
Camaro originated from a simple Regular Production Order (RPO)
option code but has since grown into one of the most recognizable
names in Chevrolet's venerable history. Introduced in 1967 as a
homologation special for the SCCA's Trans-Am sedan series, word
quickly spread about how good these cars were, even on the street.
Then, after the juggernaut of the Penske/Donohue Camaros won the
'68 and '69 T/A Championships, these race-bred 1st generation cars
(1967-1969) became some of the most sought after and collectible
muscle cars. This stunning Daytona Yellow (76) 1969 Z/28 is a
beautiful example of these high-strung, high-speed road warriors.
Lift the functional cowl hood and you'll be greeted by the correct
and potent DZ 302 V8 (BCN 3956618, BCD B 2 7, TTBBD 02D), one of
the all-time great engines. This unusual block (3956618) was only
produced between January and April of 1969, which aligns with the
body build date, indicating its originality. Additional features
include power steering, power front disc brakes, correct Muncie M21
close-ratio 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter (TAD
P9B26 B), 3.73 Posi rear end (BU), correct Black Custom interior
trim (712), console with gauges, Delco AM/FM radio, front and rear
spoilers, and brand-new B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's (215/70R15)
wrapped around classic rally wheels. One more iconic jewel in an
unusual hue from the team that can make your dream a reality.
Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can
assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
