The third generation (C3) Corvette is one of the most instantly
recognizable generations of the Corvette. With their sharp body
lines, exaggerated fenders, powerful V8 drivetrains and well
optioned interiors, it is no wonder why these iconic classics have
captured the hearts of enthusiasts and collectors alike. This 1969
Chevrolet Corvette is a beautiful, unrestored example of these
classic American sports cars with just under 71,000 original miles.
This Corvette presents in overall excellent condition finished its
stunning Black Metallic exterior paint complimented nicely by its
factory chrome and stainless trim, polished side view mirror and
chrome factory-style rally wheels wrapped in raised white letter
BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The factory Gunmetal interior is in
very good condition for the age and is all original with the
exception of the recovered, leather bucket seats. Powering this
great Corvette is its numbers matching, 350HP 350 cubic inch V8
backed by its numbers matching 4-speed manual transmission. The 350
V8 benefits from a rebuild in 2010, at which point, the engine was
upgraded with a mild cam, hardened valve seats and roller rockers.
Both the engine and transmission perform just as they should and
deliver that very sporty driving experience that these Corvettes
are known for. This Chevrolet Corvette is nicely equipped with
options such as: power steering, 4-wheel disc brakes, power
windows, in-dash tachometer, variable speed wipers, heater/defrost,
and aftermarket AM/FM radio. Included in the sale of this Corvette
is its original protect-o-plate, original title application,
original registration, and service records dating back to 2010. If
you are in the market for a turn-key ready C3 Corvette that has
more than enough power to set you back in your seat with a smile on
your face and would present very well at your local car show or
cruise-in, then you will want to take a very close look at this
striking 1969 Chevrolet Corvette.
