This car was constructed with performance as the focal point. The
power plant is a monstrous 468 cubic inch engine that is begging
for more street miles. That paired with a canted 4-link rear
suspension and numerous other upgrades makes this car a certified
street beast!
EXTERIOR: The Mediterranean blue is a knockout color that has been
nicely accented with white Yenko side stripes and hood decal (they
are vinyl and can be removed). The paint has been wet sanded and
polished to a very reflective finish. The doors open and close
easily like a new car. A 2.5 inch fiberglass cowl induction hood
has also been added and has hood pins. We installed new chrome
rally rims. The size is 215/65R15 up front and 245/60R15 in the
rear. The front grill appears to be an original that is in
fantastic shape. The headlights have been upgraded to halogen and
also have built-in blue running lights that can be turned on and
off with a separate switch. The taillights look like new as well as
the chrome trim rings. A front spoiler has been added. The front
and rear bumpers have been rechromed and look great. The remainder
of the trim minus the vent windows looks have been replaced at some
point and shines nicely. The vent window trim looks original but in
great shape. It has chrome dual sport mirrors. All the glass
appears to be original and has some light scratches.
INTERIOR: What a nice clean interior that was built with comfort in
mind! A Classic Consoles center console with padded armrest and cup
holders is a much appreciated upgrade. The Procar aftermarket sport
bucket seats are a nice addition to this interior as well. They are
very supportive and keep you nestled tightly. The back seat has
been reupholstered to match. The door panels have been replaced all
the way around and are in fantastic condition. The headliner and
visors are new as well as the rearview mirror. The dash pad has
also been replaced; the dashboard has been repainted smoothly. The
gauges, instrumentation, and climate control all appear to be
original and in good condition. An Auto Meter Sport-Comp tachometer
has been added to the steering column and a SunPro triple gauge has
been added to the lower dash. Also, aftermarket switches for the
lights and horn have been added to the lower dash. A vintage
looking digital radio has been added and the kick panels are molded
to accept 5.5" round speakers. The carpeting has been replaced. A
TCI outlaw ratchet shifter is a sweet performance upgrade that sits
nicely between the seats next to a custom hand lever that engages
the parking brake. The dome light is working, and seat belts have
been installed all the way around!
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Dang that's a big motor in a little car! It's a
fresh looking 454 block massaged out to 468 cubic inches. Its
upgrades include but are not limited to a Holley double pumper
carburetor with fuel pressure gauge, HVH Super Sucker, Edelbrock
RPM air gap intake, K&N air filter, Hedman headers, MSD
distributor, MSD 6AL-2 electronic ignition with rev limiter, and
MSD Blast 2 coil. It's dressed up with chrome valve covers and
alternator. The power steering pump also looks new. It also has
power brakes. Additionally, a large Griffin aluminum radiator has
been added with dual electric fans. An oil cooler and transmission
cooler have also been added in front of the radiator. All the hoses
and wires have been routed neatly, squirters are hooked up. The
fender wells and firewall have been nicely painted black. I'm
really liking all the performance and aesthetic upgrades that were
done here!
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The underside of the trunk lid and the jamb are
painted Mediterranean blue just like the body and has been nicely
polished. The weatherstrip has been replaced. The battery has been
relocated to the trunk and placed in a Taylor stainless steel
safety box mounted on the passenger side. A full-size spare and
fire extinguisher are also included.
UNDERSIDE: This car has received a ground up restoration and the
undercarriage is looking sharp! A PSC steering gearbox has been
added. The remaining steering components look mostly stock and have
been maintained as needed. The front has been upgraded with a
fatter swaybar and the shocks have been upgraded with KYB gas
units, ball joints have been replaced. Frame connectors have been
added to keep the body from twisting. The rear suspension is
totally fresh and highly upgraded with a Chris Alston Chassis works
canted 4-link system. This includes pivot-ball style upper and
lower control arms, splined anti-roll bar, ride height adjustable
billet shock mounts and VariShock coilovers. The system cost $2,900
plus installation. There are power disc brakes at all four corners
and all the lines have been replaced. The emergency brake is hooked
up. The dual exhaust has been upgraded with Hedman headers, nice
fat 3 inch tubes, and cross pipe with Flowmaster mufflers. The fuel
tank and lines have all been replaced. Looking up at the 468 motor
everything looks nice and fresh, neatly painted Chevy orange. The
high torque starter is wrapped with a heat protective material. The
Turbo 350 transmission looks great and has a polished TCI ribbed
pan. In back is a 12 bolt rear end that is rebuilt with an Eaton
posi unit, new Strange axles, Torino flange, and LPW ultimate
aluminum cover. The floors appear solid and rust free, they have
been neatly painted black. All the suspension and undercarriage
upgrades really set this Nova apart from the rest!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to
assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are
answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video
that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are
displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an
appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment
there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car,
your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year
