Vehicle Description
1950 Chevrolet 3-Window Pickup Truck Why This Car Is Special In the
1950s if you needed a heavy truck the 1950 Chevy 3600€s were a
smart choice. Today we'd call it a ¾-ton, and despite a similar
appearance to the 3100 series, this truck offers just the right
combination of utility, beauty, and functionality. Our 1950
Chevrolet 3600 pickup truck here at Skyway Classics has had a
professional restoration and retains the original look as it did
back when it was new. Features 1950 Chevrolet 3600 Pickup Truck 261

261 cubic-inch inline six engine that was both tough and reliable
as an anvil. It looks period correct with the single carb, light
grey painted valve cover, factory black air cleaner, large
radiator, and it even has the factory horn and sits in a painted,
detailed, and clean engine compartment. It rides on black painted
steel wheels with chrome hubcaps and black sidewall tires to finish
the period stock look. Interior The interior still looks as it just
rolled out of the dealership back in the day with the brown vinyl
bench seat, wood inserts on the door panels, rubber flooring, tan
painted dash with the factory gauge cluster, stock factory steering
wheel, 3-speed shifter on the column, and not much else because
pickups from the 1950s didn't come with a long list of options.
Exterior The dark blue paint is applied over very straight bodywork
and shines great night or day, has well-restored chrome and trim,
long bed is beautifully painted and restored with its steps on the
sides, and great front and rear chrome bumpers. Conclusion The 1950
Chevrolet 3600 pickup truck here at Skyway Classics is beautifully
built with the right look, stance, and six-cylinder powerplant, and
it is everything you want in a restored classic pickup truck. So
