This 1994 Chevy NASCAR is a piece of entertainment history for speed enthusiasts and movie buffs. This running and driving race car was originally built as a prop for the fun-filled family movie “Looney Tunes: Back in Action'' starring Brendan Fraser, Jenna Elfman, and Steve Martin. Jeff Gordon had a cameo in the film and his signature adorns this #24 car above the driver’s side window.

This car was one of three built by Victory Circle in Bakersfield, CA to movie specs based on the 1994 Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR. Unlike its siblings, this is the only one with distinctive lights integrated into the front bumper. At its heart is a robust Chevy 350ci V8 engine and it includes genuine NASCAR parts like a Jerico 4-speed manual transmission, a new Holley 830 CFM Classic HP carburetor, and a sturdy 9-inch Ford rear end. Inside, the original cockpit delivers an immersive racing experience.

This vehicle was owned by Warner Bros until the movie was released in 2003. Following the release, the second owner used the car as a promotional display for a restaurant chain in Oregon called Billy Bob’s Hot Rod Cafe. The current owner is the third and acquired the car from the restaurant owner in 2019. Recent service has included replacing the battery and carburetor, and the engine, transmission, and brakes are all in good working order. 

This exceptional collectible is not road-legal but is both a storied artifact of Hollywood magic and an authentic race car that would complement any collection. It comes complete with four large vinyl banners used during the movie premiere.
