This 1997 Chevy Silverado K2500 is a 3/4 ton extended cab pickup
that spent its life in Oregon. This is a super clean, rust free, 1
owner, low mileage truck that is ready to go. The body on this
truck is clean and straight. The Dark Toreador Metallic paint
appears to be all original and is still in excellent shape and
looks great! All of the chrome and moldings are in also in
excellent original condition. The underside of this truck is nice
and clean as you would expect from a Pacific NW truck. We found no
rust issues with this Silverado.
The interior appears to be all original as well and looks very very
nice and really clean. The seats, carpet, door panels, headliner,
dash and dash bezel are all in great condition. The headlights,
taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The
gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise
control. It has working power windows and power locks. The
windshield wipers and horn work. The heat and AC are also working
on this truck. A really nice original interior with everything
working.
Mechanically this truck is great and it runs and drives wonderful.
The engine is the original 5.7L 350 V-8 that runs strong with no
issues or red flags that we found. It appears to be all stock. It
has the 4L80E Automatic transmission that shifts nice and it is
mated to the np243 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. The
rear axle is the Corporate 14 Bolt with 3.73 gears and a factory
limited slip. The front axle is the IFS with 3.73 gears. This is
all sitting on a nice set of factory Rallye Wheels with 265 70/16
Mud Terrain tires. These are great vehicles to use as an everyday
driver or an extra weekend truck for work or play.
