This 1967 Nova SS is a very original restored car. There are only a very few original ‘67 Nova SS that have survived. It was restored using original, or restored original parts, new old stock parts, licensed GM reproductions, or American made parts whenever possible. If you want to remember or experience the ‘60’s, this is the car for you.
It has the stock 275hp engine, with an upgraded custom ground hydraulic camshaft. It has not been Dyno’d, but would expect HP to be in the 300 range. The original rebuild of the engine cylinders were bored .030 over with Keith Black “Flat Top” pistons installed. Giving the compression ratio 9.5 to 1. The black air cleaner was stock for this engine, and it goes with the car. The chrome air cleaner was added just for show. It has a Turbo Hydramatic 350 3 speed transmission replacing the stock 2 speed Powerglide. 10 bolt positraction rearend , as correct for this model. Included are a new set of 14x5 steel rims and 4 NOS original Super Sport Spinner hubcaps. New tires as of 12/2023.
